Referral Bonus For Customers and Applicants

Our employees are our best advertising and we thank you for referring both customers and applicants to Westaff.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve new customers and to add your friends and family to our list of employees.

Here's how the program works

• For each referral you make, customer or applicant, you may receive a cash bonus.
• To qualify for the applicant referral bonus, your applicant referral must be new to Westaff and must work at least 40 hours in the 90-day period following referral.
• To qualify for the customer referral bonus, the customer must be new to Westaff and must use at least 40 hours of service at standard rates during the first six months as a new customer.

Basic eligibility

1. To be eligible for either bonus, you must tell your assignment coordinator the name of the applicant or customer before the applicant registers or the customer places a job order.
2. There is no limit to the number of bonuses you can receive.

This benefit program is only in effect at the Westaff office where you initially registered and is not transferable to other Westaff offices. The program expires at the end of the current calendar year and Westaff, without notice, reserves the right at any time to amend or otherwise terminate any part of this program. Fringe benefits shall constitute taxable income for W-2 purposes.
