Fran Mount has been a principal of Westaff since its inception in the Vermont market. Fran is a well known recruiter in administrative and legal areas. She has a BS Degree from Marquette University. The Burlington Business and Professional Women named Fran the 1996 woman of the year.

Fran retired from active service in December, 2008, but remains an affiliate owner, lending her expertise to the staff in all of our offices.
