Gary has extensive Human Resources Management experience with a metals manufacturer and a major pharmaceutical company. He opened the Plattsburgh Office in 1996 with his wife, Estella. He has a BA degree from St. Bonaventure University. Gary is the Regional Manager of the Plattsburgh office.
