Katie graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in English, and joined the Plattsburgh Westaff office in January 2001.

She has prior experience with U.S. Customs and public television broadcasting. She and her husband relocated from Boynton Beach, Florida, where she worked in property management. Katie applies her various experience and skills as the Manager of Branch Operations for the Plattsburgh Office.
