Marty joined Westaff in March 2003 as a Business Account Executive. In April 2004 Marty became the Branch Manager in Lebanon, NH office.

Marty has a BA in Communication Science from the University of Connecticut. Marty began his professional career as a manager of a men's retail store and has worked as an Inside/Outside Sales Representative for an international technology company. Marty also has experience in Banking and Resort Management. Marty uses the experience from each of these industries which help him better serve customers and employees alike in his current role.

Marty enjoys sports and outdoor activities and is a high school soccer official, softball umpire and also coaches the South Royalton, Vermont high school varsity baseball team.
