Natalia was first introduced to the staffing world in early 2007, when she
worked for Bank of America. Natalia worked in multiple roles in the bank's call
center, gaining valuable experience along the way. She was eventually made the
call center's Recruiting Coordinator, supporting a staff of five recruiters.
She left Bank of America to pursue new experiences in a different area of
staffing — the temporary staffing industry. She was hired as a Junior
Recruiter for Express Employment professionals, where she learned just how
different temporary staffing is from the world of call center staffing. She
joined the Westaff family in August of 2009.
Natalia was born in San Salvador, El Salvador and came to the states when
she was six years old. She is proud to have become a U.S. citizen in 2006. She
currently lives in Pawtucket, Rhode Island with her cat, Luk Say (which is
Laotian for “baby boy”). In her spare time, Natalia enjoys fashion and interior
design.
