| Responsibilities |
| This person will be responsible for technical resource to Littleton machining operations. Will be responsible for reducing overall machining/grinding costs, including through scrap reduction and implementation of lean manufacturing methods. Responsible for introduction of new products and processes including in-sourcing of operations currently performed outside the company. Serve as technical liaison between shop floor in Littleton operations and product engineering staff in Milford operations and participate in new product introductions to ensure specification of proper capital tooling and equipment on new programs. BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology Degree |
