Ability to speak and read Spanish a plus. |
| Responsibilities |
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for updating reports accurately and in a timely manner ensuring all reports are correct and free of typographical errors, answering and referring telephone calls or other inquires to ensure accurate and timely communications are facilitated, and obtain credit information directly from credit grantors as necessary. This person must demonstrate sound judgement by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concerns within company guidelines. Ability to maintain confidentiality a must.
