| Qualifications |
Westaff is seeking qualified technical candidates to work in a successful company in Plattsburgh manufacturing plastic materials. INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC ASSISTANT- to maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery used in thermal form, vacuum form manufacturing operations. Prior experience with plastic extrusion preferred, proven experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and strong mechanical skills required; HS or equivalent degree or appropriate certifications desired. Good work ethic, team player, good interpersonal skills essential. Positions are immediately available through direct placement or temp-to-hire depending on qualifications, with benefits package available following transfer to client. | Responsibilities |
*Maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery used in thermal form, vacuum form manufacturing operations;
*2-4 years of manufacturing experience;
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
*Ability to work a day or evening shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
*Excellent work ethic and safety record; |
